One file for the whole clinic

0:01In a clinic, a patient goes through the front desk, care, the laboratory and billing.

0:07With ClinicareOS, everyone works on the same file. Let's follow her.

Admission with the national ID card

0:13At the front desk, the scanner reads her national ID card, front and back, in two seconds.

0:18Two readings check every field.

Sending files to insurers

0:21Later on, if you wish, your files can be sent to insurers more securely, to avoid files being sent back.

Opening the file and printing the label

0:30The system checks whether she is already known, then opens her file. The label prints by itself.

Returning patient recognised by her ID card

0:37Now, suppose she has been here before. The scan recognises her by her ID card and opens her new file, with her full history.

0:45On any workstation, scanning her label opens her file.

Bed assignment on the floor plan

0:50Her bed is assigned at the front desk, or by the head nurse, who is told she has arrived.

0:55On the floor plan, compatible beds light up: green next to a woman, orange if the room would become mixed.

1:03One click confirms, and the bed is assigned.

Lab order and partner laboratory

1:06The doctor orders tests. Once approved, the order goes straight to the partner laboratory, in its own portal.

1:13When the sample arrives, the laboratory scans the order's barcode. The time of receipt is recorded, and the patient's name only appears at that moment.

Filed result and built-in PDF viewer

1:24The result uploaded by the laboratory goes into her file by itself.

1:28The built-in PDF viewer lets you flip through every report, page by page, and move from one document to the next, whether the system generated it or it comes from her medical consultations.

At the bedside on phone and tablet

1:41At the patient's bedside, everything is also on phone and tablet.

Billing and provider payments

1:45Every external test arrives priced at the laboratory's rate.

1:48Billing prepares the claims to insurers, and pays each provider by batch transfer.

Management dashboard

1:55Management sees what each provider costs, what each insurer owes, and the turnaround of each test.

Role-based access and sign-in alerts

2:01And everyone sees only what their work requires. A sign-in from abroad? Management is alerted.
